At Dowsing we are committed to quality products and quality systems. We continually check our progress by running first article inspection on all parts produced. We take a random sampling on parts, measure them and chart the data. This tells us if a part is out of spec or not. If we find any non-conforming product, we immediately isolate the problem and rectify it. Sometimes this means stopping production until we find a way to fix the problem.
